I had the opportunity to serve as a Resource Person for a product training session organized by a Bangalore-based pharmaceutical company for their sales team. The program was designed to strengthen product knowledge, enhance communication skills, and enable the team to confidently engage with healthcare professionals while promoting their portfolio.
The session combined in-depth product insights with practical selling techniques, focusing on how to effectively position offerings in a competitive market. Interactive discussions and real-life case examples helped participants connect product features with customer needs, making the training highly engaging and relevant.
